Ingredients
• 4-5 cups chopped spinach(Palak)
• 1 cup pieces of paneer
• 1 large onion finely chopped
• 2-3 green chilies
• 3-4 garlic buds
• 3-4 finely chopped ginger pieces
• 2-3 teaspoons fresh Cream
• 2 tsp garam masala
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1-2 cup water
• Salt to taste
• Oil to fry 2 tsp
Directions
• Wash the spinach leaves with water and clean it thoroughly. Then boil for 2 minutes in hot water. Then drain out all the water with a sieve.
• Put spinach, green chilli, ginger, garlic clove and finely grind it in a mixer jar. Then heat a rug and put oil in it. When the oil is hot, add the pieces of Paneer to it until it becomes light brown.
• Heat oil over medium flame in a second. Once the oil is heated, add the chopped onions. Roast the onions until brown is brown.
• After the onion is cooked, add a spoon of spinach mixture. Cook it for 3-4 minutes. Put salt in it and stir it in the middle of the middle.
• Now add 1 cup of water and stir it. Cook it on a low flame. Keep moving it in a little while.
• When the gravy boils, add paneer pieces. Now cook it for 3-4 minutes. Put lemon juice and cream on it.
• Now close the gas and take it out in a bowl and serve it with bread paratha.
