Samosa

Add green peas, potatoes, salt and water to a pressure cooker, until it becomes soft. Once the steam is removed, take it out in a sieve. After taking extra water, take out the potato peel and lighten it.

As long as the Potato is cooking, knead the dough of outer layers for samosa. Put flour, celery and 3 tbsp oil and salt in one plate. Meet her well.

After that mix a little water and take a little round of wheat flour. Keep the dough tired for 15-20 minutes.

Now make the stuffing until the dough is set. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a strict rinse and after adding the oil, add green chili and ginger paste and roast it for 2 minutes.

Put boiled peas and roast them for 1 minute. Add red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala and lemon juice and fry it.

Now add boiled potatoes and salt to it and mix it well. Allow to cook for 2-3 minutes. After cooking, add coriander and mix it.

Turn off the gas and take the spices in a bowl. Let it cool down a little longer.

Now remove the dough and knead it till it becomes soft. After that, make 6 balls of it.

Take one spoon and make it a whole. The whole should not be thicker and more thin. Now cut it off with a knife.

Fold the edges on the side of the vessel from the finger or brush it with water.

Take a chopped portion and turn it into two edges (one side to the other side) to give it a shape like a cone, so to close it, press both sides. The shape will become like a cone.

Put 2-3 tablespoons of masala in it and close it with the edges properly. Make all the samosas in the same way.

Heat oil over a medium flame of oil in a strict condition. Once the oil is heated, add 2-3 samosas to it and reduce the flame till it turns brown on a medium flame.

Take a samosa in a plate and serve it with a chutney or a tomato sauce.
