Kadai Paneer

Paneer and capsicum cooked in a bold, freshly ground kadai masala with a rich tomato gravy.

    If you are using steep masala, then heat the dry chili, coriander and cinnamon by rubbing it strictly and then roast them for 1 minute. Then put it in a jar of Miksi and drink it.

    Now heat a non stick stick on medium flame. Now heat the oil in it and after the oil is heated, add onion and fry it until golden brown.

    Now add red chili powder and ginger garlic paste and roast it for 1-2 minutes. After that, add chopped tomatoes and let it cook well. When the tomatoes are soft or when the oil separates, then add the powder of dry spices or garam masala and tomato whole and let it cook well. Let it cook for 2 minutes.

    Now add paneer,capsicum and salt in it and let it cook for 2-3 minutes. Add 1 cup of water to it and let the gravy cook for 2-3 minutes.

    After cooking the gravy, add water to it and mix it well. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes. After cooking, add Fresh Cream and finely chopped coriander.

    Now by shutting down the gas, turn the vegetable into a serving bowl and serve it with bread, plain paratha, naan.
