Batata wada
Spiced mashed potato balls dipped in gram flour batter and deep-fried until crisp, a Maharashtrian favorite often served with chutney.

Take all the ingredients to make potato vada and grind green chilies, ginger, garlic, and mix them. Or then grind it with a mixi.

Now boil them with boiled potatoes. Mash them with spoon or hand press. Heat a small hardened on medium heat and heat 1-2 tsp oil in it. Once the oil is heated, add the mustard and fry it until it breaks. Then add hing, green chili ginger garlic paste and curry leaves and fry them in it.

After adding the mixture, add turmeric powder to it and mix it.

Turn off the gas and mix roasted mixture, salt, finely chopped coriander and mix on mashed potatoes.

Now make small balls of the entire mixture.

To make Vada solution, add gram flour, baking soda, salt in a bowl. Now add some water to it and mix it. The slurry should not be too thin and thicker. Heat the oil for frying in a frying pan, after oil is heated, put one of the balls in the solution and mix it with oil or spoon thoroughly with oil. Put 3-4 balls in a pan till they dry.

Take the fried wada out of the plate. Take the rest of the rest. Potato wad is ready You can serve it with green chutney, or tomato sauce.
