  1. 1

In a pressure cooker, boil the potatoes until it becomes soft. After boiling, remove its peel and grind it. After that, put the peas in boiling water, boil them for 5-10 minutes. After boiling, remove it in a bowl.

Now add the grated potatoes in the bowl and add the breadcrumbs, peas, garam masala, cornflower, red chili powder, coriander, salt, green chillies, ginger, lemon juice and mix it well.

  3. 3

Mix ingredient and mix it well and knead it like a dough. Make small balls of it. Take the breadcrumbs in a plate to make the tikki, put the tikki in it and wrap it all around with a brittle cream. Make the same all tikkiys.

  4. 4

Heat a non-stick pan on medium flame. After heated, add 2 tbsps of oil and then put 3-4 tikkis in it and allow it to fry. When the tikki gets golden brown from the bottom, turn it over and let it cook until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Fry all the tikkis.

  6. 6

After frying it, take it in the plate and serve it with tomato sauce or chili chutney.
